4319 Bridgeport Ct, Inkster, MI · 6:00–8:00 PM
- 2027 dues set at $300/year per homeowner — payable monthly, quarterly, or annually (does not include operating costs)
- 8+ new homes built and 4 sold so far; 4 more homes underway by the end of 2026
- Phase 2 of the community is set to begin in 2027 on Yorkville Ct, with grants available for new homebuyers
- Retention pond maintenance discussed; fences approved for vinyl and iron only, by majority vote
- Board is seeking a property management company and reviewed a nonpayment-of-dues policy
