REQUIREMENTS TO PARTNER WITH US

• Evidence of General Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance or waiver if you are an owner/operator
• If applicable, you carry the appropriate license for your trade
• Excellent track record of finishing on time with high quality results
• Good credit history with your current vendors
• Outstanding communication - i.e. you promptly return calls and respond to messages
• You’re dependable & reliable to  complete the jobs agreed upon
• You have client references and projects we can visit if requested
• Contractors my be required to obtain a bond.
