ANNAPOLIS POINTE

IS DEDICATED TO FOSTERING A THRIVING AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY

FOR ALL RESIDENTS.

Our Mission

Annapolis Pointe: Building a Thriving Community

In partnership with WWUCD and Gajewski Homes LLC, Annapolis Pointe is set to create a vibrant community of single-family homes in Inkster, MI. This development will include 25% of homes supported by affordable housing initiatives for missing middle homebuyers earning between 60% and 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Our mission is built on three key pillars:

Homeownership

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home and build generational wealth. Our initiative aims to provide high-quality housing options for families in Inkster.

Homeownership Education and Sustainability

We offer comprehensive homebuyer education and training in home maintenance to ensure long-term sustainability, empowering residents with the knowledge to maintain their homes effectively.

Skills Trade Training/Job Creation

Through collaboration with local skills trade facilities, we provide training that encourages career and technical development, supporting job creation and economic growth in the community. This project is expected to create 100 jobs, with a focus on promoting minority small businesses.

You can be one of the first residents to experience owning a new home in

Annapolis Pointe.
